VICIdial has a full featured predictive dialer. It can also function as an ACD for inbound calls, or closer calls coming from VICIdial outbound fronters. It is capable of inbound, outbound, and blended call handling. VICIdial even allows you to have agents logged in from remote locations.

The VICIdial agent interface has been translated into Spanish, Greek, German, French, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Swedish, Slovak, Russian, Dutch, Traditional Chinese, and Brazillian Portuguese. The VICIdial admin interface has been translated into Spanish, French, Greek, German, Italian, and Brazillian Portuguese.

Enterprise The Vicidial Group's Enterprise line of certified VICIdial hardware is made with high quality, rack mountable SuperMirco cases. They come with server grade processors, ECC RAM, and enterprise class Serial ATA harddrives. Additionally the Serial ATA harddrives can be replaced with Serial attached SCSI drives, and remote management cards can be added. The hardware is specifically designed to handle as many as fifteen hundred agents in a single dialing cluster. The Enterprise line includes, several different database servers, dialing engines, webservers, and archival solutions. All Enterprise systems come with VICIdial preinstalled. We preconfigure the systems as much as possible for your environment before shipping them out to your location. This is to ensure as much of a turn key solution as possible.

SMB The Vicidial Group's SMB (small to medium business) line of certified VICIdial hardware is perfect for smaller call centers with between five and thirty agents. These systems come in either a 1U rack mount case or a small form factor desktop case. They are made with high quality, enterprise grade harddrives to ensure your recordings remain secure.
All SMB systems come with VICIdial preinstalled. We preconfigure the systems as much as possible for your environment before shipping them out to your location. This is to ensure as much of a turn key solution as possible.

VoiceTime USB timing modules VICIdial requires a highly accurate timing source to keep everything in sync. Normally this timing is provided be a T1/E1 interface card, but in VoIP applications this is usually left out.
To get around this VICIdial used to have to rely on the motherboards real time clock which is not very accurate under higher loads. This is no longer the case thanks to Sangoma's VoiceTime USB module. This device is a physical timing source that is attached through a USB port on the server. VICIbox Demo should not be used in production

Vici demo box VICIbox Demo is a live CD based off of Ubuntu desktop. Included is a functional version of Vicidial 2.0.5 which runs off of the CD. VICIbox Demo is perfect for demonstration or training purposes as you do not need to install it to your harddrive. VICIbox Demo should not be used in production. VICIbox Server is the official installation CD for the VICIDIAL Call Center Suite. It is based off of OpenSuSE server, and will properly install the VICIDIAL Call Center Suite with relative ease.VICIbox Server also allows for easy installation of multi-server ViciDial clusters.
